Across the Bay, Into the Heart of the Culture.
From Old San Juan to Cataño, discover a cultural journey shaped by history, local perspective, and the beauty of seeing Puerto Rico from both sides of the water.

Description of the tour
Explore Old San Juan in a different way! Start with a walking tour through Old San Juan, where your guide will share engaging stories, interesting historic facts, and unique moments from the city’s past. Then you’ll hop on the lancha de Cataño, our local ferry, to cross the bay and enjoy one of the best views of San Juan from the water. On the other side, we’ll slow things down with a local bite and a drink, giving you time to take in the view, ask questions, and experience the city the way locals do. ¡Te esperamos!

Important Information
- Advance booking required: For a seamless experience, all guests must book in advance. Our guides are unable to process payments at the start of the tour, so please make sure your reservation is completed before arriving.
- Please arrive on time: Our tours start promptly. We kindly ask that you arrive at least 10 minutes before the scheduled start time so we can begin smoothly and stress-free.
- Parking in Old San Juan: Parking is limited inside the old city, and nearby parking lots can fill up quickly—especially during high season, weekends, holidays, and local festivities. If you plan to drive, we recommend arriving early to allow enough time to park and walk to the meeting point. If you’re staying in Puerto Rico’s Metropolitan Area, taking a taxi, Uber, or Lyft is often the easiest and most convenient option.
- Dress for a tropical climate: Puerto Rico is tropical, warm, and sunny. We recommend wearing sunblock, a hat, comfortable clothing, and bringing water to stay hydrated.
- If it rains: Our tours operate even if it rains. As rain showers can happen unexpectedly, we suggest bringing an umbrella or a rain poncho, just in case.
- Comfortable footwear is a must: Old San Juan is a historic colonial city with cobblestone streets and narrow sidewalks, so we strongly recommend wearing comfortable shoes.
- Be ready for some hills: Old San Juan is built on a hill, and parts of the tour may include walking uphill. We’ll keep a relaxed and enjoyable pace so everyone feels comfortable.
